Registered Dental Hygienist

At Southern Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we're passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles while providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're looking for a friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and working alongside a collaborative dental team.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (arrive at 7:45 AM)
• Two Fridays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (arrive at 7:45 AM)

Pay

$36–$47 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
• Perform patient assessments, charting, and periodontal evaluations
• Take digital radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to develop treatment plans
• Accurately document patient information and treatment
• Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
