Registered Dental Hygienist

Auburn Dental Care in Auburn, NE is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time in a supportive environment where quality care comes first.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Consistent four-day workweek with long weekends every week

Pay

• $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
• $1,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform patient assessments, charting, and digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
• Work alongside the doctor to create personalized treatment plans
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

Requirements

• Active Nebraska Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both patients and teammates
