Responsibilities
- Delivering direct patient care such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under dentist supervision
- Providing excellent customer service and oral hygiene education to patients and parents
- Assessing dental conditions, reviewing medical history, and guiding patients through treatment plans
- Assisting with dental charting, taking x-rays, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Creating positive patient experiences through compassionate care
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on skills assessment
