Registered Dental Hygienist - $5,000 bonus

About the Role

Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope. Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here. Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans. Educate patients on their treatment and home care. Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.

Schedule

Clinic hours are 9am–6pm during the week, and 9am–4pm on Saturdays.

• New Patient or Recall: 60 minutes
• Default SRP: 60 minutes per 2 quadrants
• Patients per day: 7–8 (scheduled for thorough care, not volume)

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing
• Ability to administer local anesthesia
• New graduates welcome (paired with an experienced hygienist to build speed and confidence)
