Registered Dental Assistant - Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the positive qualities of their doctor
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable; prepare patients for treatment and assist the doctors to enable efficient, high-quality dental care
• Escort patients to and from the front desk
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (at least 1 year)
• NJ X-ray license
• RDA license required
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Pay

$28.00–$30.00/hour (based on licensure)

Schedule

Full Time – Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
