Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Prior orthodontic experience is a major plus
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• A warm bedside manner
• Sharp attention to clinical detail
• Naturally positive, team-first attitude
• Safety & Compliance: Successful pre-employment drug screening required

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Orthodontic Chairside Assisting: Support doctors during routine wire adjustments, bondings, debondings, and appliance placements
• Engage with patients: Welcome them, educate on oral hygiene, and track their progress
• Clinical Operations: Take diagnostic records, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean bay
• Team Synergy: Collaborate with teammates to manage daily schedules
