About the role
Proudly supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, Queen Anne Hilltop Dental is seeking an RDA to join their team in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
- Absorb and assist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency
- Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide educational support to patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient day by being proactive and attentive to patients' needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
- Open Dental software experience preferred
- Highly organized and attentive to patients' needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- One year of RDA experience required
