Registered Dental Assistant - Peak Endodontics

Aptly described as a trusted practice within Mosaic Dental Collective, Peak Endodontics seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to contribute to their team in Covington and Federal Way, WA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every visit is smooth, efficient, and filled with smiles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide educational support to patients on post-operative care and oral health maintenance
• Keep the day running smoothly with a proactive and can-do attitude

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and specified training courses as required by state for certification, licensure, or registration
• At least one year of RDA experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts at both the Covington and Federal Way offices
• Mandated certifications/licenses/registrations as required by applicable state
• Highly organized and attentive to patients' needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain procedures and educate patients
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Confidentiality and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
