Ottosen & Nygard, a trusted practice supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team in Wenatchee, WA.

Responsibilities

• Aid the dentist during various clinical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with precision
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide educational guidance on post-operative care and oral health
• Facilitate a smooth workflow by proactively addressing patient needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and relevant training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
• At least one year of RDA experience, though candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications/licenses/registrations
• Highly organized and attentive to patient needs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Committed to upholding patient confidentiality and exhibiting a compassionate demeanor
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling stressful situations calmly
• Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
