Registered Dental Assistant - Full Time - Fresno

About the role

Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day. Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Fresno area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day. This role serves patients throughout the greater Fresno area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule

Requirements

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, age 25+
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office

Pay

$27‑31 per hour, depending on experience; incentive pay tied to team growth plus equity.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, daytime hours; schedule will be four 10‑hour shifts either Monday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Friday.
