About The Role

The Gleamery is reinventing modern dentistry, offering a unique blend of spa-like studios, advanced technology, and hospitality-driven experiences. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the guest journey, from comprehensive exams and professional cleanings to teeth whitening and GleamFit clear aligners.

Key Responsibilities

• GleamFit Aligner Support:
  • Capture high-quality diagnostic records, including photos, iTero scans, and Nomad X-rays.
  • Provide clear, supportive education on the GleamFit aligner process.
  • Reinforce treatment recommendations and care plans.
  • Support aligner treatment coordination.
  • Conduct follow-up with guests.
• Preventive & Cosmetic Treatment Support:
  • Support clinical procedures and preventive care services.
  • Perform teeth whitening procedures.
  • Aid in preventive and cosmetic treatments.
  • Support salivary diagnostics.
  • Aid in night guard and retainer workflows.
• Guest Experience:
  • Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience.
  • Support smooth guest flow.
  • Prepare and reset comfort add-on technologies.
  • Support check-out processes.
  • Aid in appointment confirmations and rebooking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California.
• Current California Radiation Safety Certificate.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Experience supporting clear aligner workflows or orthodontic cases preferred.
• Comfort using dental technology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
