About The Role At The Gleamery, RDAs play a critical role in shaping the guest journey. Key Responsibilities GleamFit Aligner Support Support the clinical and guest experience components of the GleamFit aligner journey in collaboration with the supervising dentist and treatment coordination team. Capture high-quality diagnostic records, including photos, iTero scans, and Nomad X-rays, to support aligner evaluationsProvide clear, supportive education on the GleamFit aligner process, including treatment flow, expectations, and general benefitsReinforce treatment recommendations and care plans as prescribed by the supervising dentistAssist with presenting next steps, scheduling, and coordination of aligner treatment in partnership with the clinical and guest services teamsPlace aligner attachments and perform expanded functions as permitted by RDA licensure and under the direction of the supervising dentistSupport ongoing guest care throughout aligner treatment, including check-ins, education, and progress supportConduct timely and professional follow-up with guests to support continuity of care and appointment completionCollaborate closely with the dentist and orthodontic team to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated guest experience Preventive & Cosmetic Treatment Support Support clinical procedures and preventive care services in accordance with RDA scope of practice and under the direction of the supervising dentist. Assist with comprehensive exams, including room setup, charting support, and clinical documentationPerform teeth whitening procedures and provide aftercare instructions as directed by the supervising dentistAssist with preventive and cosmetic treatments, as indicated in the guest’s care planSupport salivary diagnostics, including collection, processing, and guest educationAssist with night guard and retainer workflows, including scans, guest education, and delivery as prescribed by the supervising dentist Guest Experience Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience while supporting smooth guest flow throughout the studio. Welcome guests warmly and create a positive, professional first impressionRespond to guest inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional mannerEscort guests through each stage of their visit, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experiencePrepare and reset comfort add-on technologies for guest useSupport check-out processes, including scheduling follow-up visits and coordinating next steps in careAssist with appointment confirmations and rebooking to support continuity of careHelp maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule in collaboration with the Guest Services teamAddress guest questions and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, escalating when appropriate Studio Operations & Team Collaboration Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment while supporting overall studio operations.Maintain a spotless and well-prepared studio environment, including operatory turnover, sterilization, and infection control protocolsEnsure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety and infection control standardsUphold HIPAA and guest privacy standards at all timesAssist with inventory management, supply organization, and preparation of treatment materialsSupport efficient clinical flow by preparing rooms, instruments, and materials ahead of each procedureParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and company initiatives About You A commitment to high standards of performance, accountability, and teamworkStrong attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to clinical protocolsA high level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy and confidentialityExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsThe ability to remain calm, efficient, and professional in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support both clinical and operational needsFlexibility to support studio operating hours, including evenings and weekends Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in CaliforniaCurrent California Radiation Safety CertificateValid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certificationExperience supporting clear aligner workflows or orthodontic cases preferredComfort using dental technology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems Benefits & Compensation $24–$26/hr + team performance-based bonusesPaid Time Off (for full-time and part-time)Sick Leave (for full-time and part-time)Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time)401(k) (for full-time and part-time)Employee discounts on Gleamery services and productsOngoing education and training opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding, modern dental organization Come and be a part of the Gleam Team!
