About the role
We are a newly built, privately owned dental startup in Berthoud, Colorado, and we are looking for a powerhouse Dental Assistant to help us build a legacy from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Administer local anesthesia
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Manage patient records and scheduling
- Perform basic laboratory procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EDDA Certification
- Phlebotomy Training
- Knowledge of dental sleep medicine and appliance therapy
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary Range: $22 – $30+ per hour (Commensurate with experience and advanced skillsets).
