About the role

Parent Care Family Recovery Services are designed for chemically dependent women and their families who are at high risk for child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness. A majority of women in treatment also have a dual psychiatric diagnosis and a host of physical health related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling/mental health services
• Practice as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical assessments, intervention and support to clients
• Complete proper clinical documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• ACSW/AMFT/APHA/APCC, registration or License in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Science
• Experience working in a mental health program or clinic, treatment facility or other behavioral health setting
• 2-4 years professional experience in working with target population
• Experience and knowledge in assessment and treatment theories for target population
• Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual preferred
• Must pass background check, drug test, and TB test
• Must offer certain linguistic, gender, cultural and ethnic specific skills: must be able to work with culturally diverse population

Pay

• $31 for Registered
• $35 for Licensed
