About the Role
As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will provide dedicated support to high-producing advisors by preparing portfolio materials for client meetings, leveraging your analytical skills to build financial plans, and managing client interactions to retain and develop deeper relationships. Responsibilities
- Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions.
- Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into contact manager, building the agenda and summary of meetings, escorting clients to advisor, and providing vital follow-up.
- Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted, including preparing forms, obtaining appropriate signatures, preparing documentation to send to the home office, tracking new insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers.
- Prepare for and coordinate marketing events, including crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.
- Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor’s phone, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, supporting for closes, setting up client files, copying, and handling new business correspondence and alerts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
- State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
- State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
- Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
- Experience working in a client service environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Process-oriented and able to work with a team.
- Strong computer and software skills.

Schedule
Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Pay
The estimated base salary for this role is $64,100–$88,100 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
