Registered Client Associate
About the role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We’re looking for someone who can provide operational and administrative support to financial advisors.
- Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

About the team
You’ll be working as part of Kenefick Bolstad Kottke Wealth Management in our Wayzata, Minnesota office. We concentrate on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
- Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
- Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
- Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role in Wayzata, Minnesota is USD 55,000 – USD 75,000 per annum. The expected salary will be determined by relevant factors including role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
