ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is looking for 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our passionate, parent-founded, and clinician-led team. Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Pay

Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour

Schedule

• Part-Time Role #1: Monday to Friday 2:30 – 6:30 PM and weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM preferred or flexible).
• Part-Time Role #2: Monday to Friday 3:00 to 7:30 PM and weekends (10:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Saturday and Sunday preferred or flexible).
• Part-Time Role #3: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to noon and weekends if interested.
• Part-Time Role #4: Monday and Wednesday 8:30-2:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 1-6 PM.
