Registered Behavior Technician(Wildwood Location)

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABLE Kids, you’ll be a catalyst for change, working hands-on with children ages 2–6. You’ll deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, collaborate with experienced professionals, and help shape innovative behavior intervention plans that truly transform lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting, including behavior change interventions, fine and gross motor activities, group and individual activities, daily living and self-help skills (including potty training), community and home environment skills, and conversational and verbal skills
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision
• Communicate professionally with families, team members, and supervisors
• Collect and document data on treatment goals
• Participate in orientation
