About the role
Join our team in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Assess and document progress towards treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Conduct training and consultation for families and caregivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as an ABA Therapist from a recognized organization.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
