About the role

Join our team in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Assess and document progress towards treatment goals.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Conduct training and consultation for families and caregivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as an ABA Therapist from a recognized organization.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
