About the role

We are thrilled to announce a brand-new $1,000 Sign-On Bonus specifically for Active RBTs. The Payout Breakdown includes two installments: $250 on the 2nd payroll after hire and $750 after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-9 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills.
  • Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and passion – using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
  • Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child’s growth.

Requirements

  • Energetic team players who show up ready to engage and move with children throughout their sessions – this includes bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 pounds, and keeping pace with energetic young learners during play and activities.
  • A collaborator ready to take on multiple tasks and decisions at once – whether it’s guiding a child, taking notes, or communicating with parents or clinical staff.
  • Positive role models with a commitment to safety by keeping the therapy environment organized, safe, and welcoming so every child can explore and learn comfortably.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School or Associate’s Degree: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
  • Master’s Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
