Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Spanish speaking

Join us at Blue Jay ABA, where purpose and fulfillment go hand in hand. Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$19.00 - $26.00 / hour
