Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record accurate session data and complete detailed progress notes
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers to support client progress
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• For RBTs: Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• For BTs: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred, willingness to complete RBT certification (company support may be available)
