Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time

We provide child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination to improve functional skills and drive positive change.
About the role
The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will implement personalized behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and serve as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Provide one-to-one behavioral support in home, community, school, and center settings.
- Work Monday through Friday with potential weekend hours.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Experience working as an RBT in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
- Reliable transportation and mobile phone.
- Willingness to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center.
Pay
$25.00–$35.00 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time, morning and afternoon positions available.
