Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Behavioral Technician (BT)

Advanceable ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for home‑based ABA therapy in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. In this role you will work directly with children in their homes, delivering individualized 1:1 therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children in their home environment.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily‑living skills.
• Use evidence‑based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification with support).
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Mooresville, NC area.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs.

Pay

Earn $21‑$25 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Schedule

Part‑time, flexible schedules. Afternoon and after‑school sessions Monday–Friday; weekends as needed. 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.
