Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Omaha, NE - Mon–Fri evenings
About the role
Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Omaha and we're looking for the right RBT for it. If you’re free Mon–Fri evenings and a BCBA is already assigned to this case (covering the region), this could be a match. Our placement team will walk you through the exact days, times, and neighborhood at interview before you commit. Current Step Ahead RBTs get first look at new cases; we fill from inside first to ensure client continuity and RBT hours. If you’re accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA and this fits your availability, we’d love to place you.
Responsibilities
You will deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the assigned BCBA. You’ll receive the plan, an introduction, and support from the family’s care manager. Supervision is supportive: your BCBA provides competency assessments, observation, and usable feedback—not just a signature. You’ll collect session data and submit notes for the work you do. Non‑billable time (training, required meetings) is paid at the rate noted below.
