Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in the home, school, or community setting
- Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data during sessions
- Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel consistently to the North Denver / Federal Heights / Westminster area
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks
