Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence‑based support tailored to each child's unique needs. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable BTs and RBTs who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of those with ASD.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress.
- Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
