About the role
A registered behavior technician (RBT) is needed to provide support in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing behavioral interventions and data collection.
Responsibilities
- Implementing behavioral interventions as per the treatment plan
- Data collection and documentation
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting residents with individualized care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
