Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Help children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Contribute to unique behavior plans for each child
- Collaborate with other professionals to support the overall care of the children
Requirements
- Have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass background screening
- Be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Requirements
- Professional experience with kids

Pay
$20.00 per hour (with future opportunities for raises)
Schedule
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:30pm (including an option for Saturdays)
