Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Clinic/In-Home

About the Role
As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences in their natural environment—at home. You’ll implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated. Sessions take place in clients' homes, and you’ll receive full support and training, even if you're new to ABA.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Work 1:1 with children in their homes to support skill development and behavior goals
- Track and document progress, sharing updates with families and the clinical team
- Build trusting relationships with children and their families
- Travel to clients' homes within your designated service area
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area
- Patience, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with children
- ABA experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training and support to earn your RBT certification
