Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - IMMEDIATE

About the role

New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior & skill-building programs
• Teach communication, play, and social skills
• Collect data & complete session notes
• Collaborate with clinical team
• Create a fun, engaging learning environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to actively engage with young children
• Include sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities

Requirements

• RBT certification within 60 days
• Instructional Aide designation within 30 days
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation

Preferred

• Associate's degree + 2 years experience with young children

Pay & Growth

• $20.00 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)
• Paid training & mentorship
• Bi-monthly Professional Development (meets BACB recertification requirements)
• Support toward RBT certification
