Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
- Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
- Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
- Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
