Registered Behavior Technician - RBT - Full-Time
Starting rate of $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs. Final compensation will be determined by a candidate's experience, training, and educational credentials.

Responsibilities
- Direct Client Support
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track Progress & Maintain Quality
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
- Collaborate & Communicate
- Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Support Operations
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Required
- Active BCBA RBT licensed is required
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Position-Specific
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
- Training availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Preferred
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
