Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Fitzgerald, Urgently Hiring
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders
- Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement
Requirements
- Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field
