Job Responsibilities
- Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
- Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
- Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
Work Location
Savannah, GA (Relocation required).
