Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Day-Time

About the role

New Dawn ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for full-time and part-time positions. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans, teaching and reinforcing communication, social, and behavioral skills, collecting and recording data, and participating in supervision sessions and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team

Requirements

• RBT Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification
• Preferred: Experience working with children, experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour
