About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to nurturing success for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Dallas, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40hours certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
