About the role

Apart from providing care in homes, communities, and new centers, you will teach daily living and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments. You will also collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions, collaborate with clinical teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with autism in various settings
  • Teach daily living and social skills
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old (21 years or older in NJ)
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
  • Maintain a clean background and drug screening
  • Maintain a good driving record

Qualifications

  • Ability to attend 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire

Pay

Starting rate of $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs. Final compensation will be determined by a candidate's experience, training, and educational credentials.

Schedule

After-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
