About the role
Apart from providing care in homes, communities, and new centers, you will teach daily living and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments. You will also collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions, collaborate with clinical teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with autism in various settings
- Teach daily living and social skills
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old (21 years or older in NJ)
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
- Consistent, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
- Maintain a clean background and drug screening
- Maintain a good driving record
Qualifications
- Ability to attend 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire

Pay
Starting rate of $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs. Final compensation will be determined by a candidate's experience, training, and educational credentials.
