About the role

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Support Staff. This position offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and competitive starting rates of $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, training, and educational credentials.

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals with autism in various settings
  • Teach daily living and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and training sessions
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old (21 years or older in New Jersey)
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services
  • Maintain a clean background and drug screening
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT full-time paid training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
