Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking ($22–$28/hr)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home settings
• Implement treatment programs designed by a BCBA
• Use play-based and structured ABA teaching methods
• Collect and record therapy session data electronically
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical leadership
• Support Spanish-speaking families by helping bridge communication during therapy sessions
• Assist with therapy materials, preparation, and organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality
• Support generalization of skills through collaboration with families

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification —or willingness to become certified with company support
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and insurance
