Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bethany, OK - Mon–Fri evenings

About the role

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Bethany and we're looking for the right RBT for it. You're free Mon–Fri evenings. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and already covers this region. Our placement team will walk you through the exact days, times and neighborhood at interview, before you commit to anything. Already an RBT at Step Ahead? Our current RBTs get first look at every new case. We fill from inside before we go outside, for two reasons: our clients get continuity, and our RBTs get the hours. If you're accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA and this matches your availability, we'd love to place you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the assigned BCBA.
• Receive the plan, an introduction, and support from the family's care manager.
• Receive supportive supervision, competency assessments, observation, and feedback from your Step Ahead BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Treat each family's home with respect and consistency, reading the plan before sessions and communicating concerns to the BCBA promptly.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date (or eligibility to enroll in the free BT Speedrun program).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged during sessions.

Pay

• $23 per hour for direct therapy (billable).
• $10 per hour for paid non‑billable time (training, required meetings, etc.).
• Bonuses for cancelled sessions.

Schedule

• Mon–Fri evenings (exact days and times confirmed at interview).
