Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist
About the role
ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. The position is part‑time with potential to grow into full‑time, located in St. Louis, Missouri, and involves in‑home, in‑clinic, and school‑based work settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
- Create program materials as needed
- Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team‑oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
