Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school‑readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Key Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
