About the role
Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The R/BT works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinician to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
- Provide direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their homes.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
- Meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.
