About the role
Strive ABA Therapy is looking to hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavioral Therapists (BTs) to provide direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the RBT/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
