Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Upwards ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The ideal candidate must have an active RBT certification.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document client progress data
- Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (not required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
