True Progress Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our passionate and growing team! Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBAC
• Collect and document client progress data
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive environment for each session

Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we'll help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Experience with children or ABA is a plus, not required
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
