Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise dedicated to teaching valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our approach combines Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science with play-based learning, promoting generalization through frequent field trips.

Responsibilities

• Work in center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:30pm.
• Up to two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities.
• Clean duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.

Reporting Hierarchy

• Report to the CEO.
• Report to Clinical Director.
• Report to BCBA.
