About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Succeed ABA offers afternoon hours and a competitive hourly wage range of $20-$28 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism, known for its high-level trainings, support, and a high hourly pay rate of $18-$28.00 per hour. The team provides primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals aged 1-21, emphasizing effective communication, support, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coincide with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Requirements

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
