Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $23-$30 per hour (Based on certification, education, and experience)

About the role

Strive ABA Therapy is looking to hire RBTs to provide home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the RBT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Work independently as well as part of a team.
• Meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with children that have disabilities.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Autism Technician certification.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
