REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN RBT
About the Role
SpringHealth Behavioral is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or an individual interested in becoming an RBT, to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Thompsonville, IL. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 12 PM to 4 PM.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
- Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide adequate feedback regarding client progress to the supervisor.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Track client progress and program data.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Salary range: USD $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
